MC Field Conductor includes all of the exciting features of MC Field Manager and adds the capability to segment your customers into manageable groups.

To facilitate multi-site dispatching locations or large workforces, MC Field Conductor offers geographic coding to be associated with customer and workforce profiles. This enables dispatchers and technicians to operate on separate work queues limited by the geographic coding set on their individual profiles. This means that a dispatcher will only see the ticket/work orders, customers, and technicians that have the same geo-coding on their profiles. This allows an easier and more controlled environment for workforce and customer service management.

The application also allows dispatchers to borrow other dispatchers’ profiles when the assigned geo-code dispatcher is unavailable. Although we call it geo-coding, you can define the groupings anyway you like. For instance, you could group all of your premium customers into one group with your top-notch dispatcher and technicians handling their needs. You could always use a geographic basis such as State, City, community, block, or anything else you can dream up. It is all under your control and the flexibility is endless.
