Both MC Field Manager and MC Field Conductor applications offer integration with QuickBooks® Pro 2003, QuickBooks® Pro 2004 and QuickBooks® Premier edition accounting software, through our optional MC Back Office Connector, enabling data integration and synchronization. The solution enables a quick extraction of all existing customer information from QuickBooks® and full bi-directional synchronization between Mobile Centrex and QuickBooks® to speed up work order completions and the billing cycle.

Generation of a sales receipt in QuickBooks® when the workforce personnel

All updates to QuickBooks® are done real-time to ensure the most accurate data
Should QuickBooks® be unavailable, transactions are stored, based on a system
parameter, to be reprocessed by the system administrator once the connection is
restored.
